This is an application for businesses interested in locating to the City of Princeton, WV, or for those renewing their current city license.
Visit the "Submit" tab to apply for a city business license online, or visit the "Download" tab to print a paper copy. All paper copies should be dropped off or mailed to City Hall at 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV 24740.
If you have questions or concerns, please use the "Help" tab to fill out the form or contact the City Clerk at 304-487-5024.
| Title | Description |

| Within City Limits | The address of the business applying or renewing must be located within Princeton, WV city limits. |
| WV State Business License | In order to acquire a new or renewed license from the city, you must apply for or have a current WV state business license. Please refer to our New Business Checklist to make sure that you have met all requirements before applying. |
| Building and Occupancy Inspections | Business and Occupancy Inspections are required in order to get a city license. Once this form is complete, please apply for the inspection by visiting the Business and Occupancy Inspection Certificate Application page. This does not apply to businesses who are renewing their license. |
| All Fields Are Required | Please fill out this form in its entirety. Missing information could delay the process of obtaining your city license. |
