PRINCETON, WV – The City of Princeton is in the process of transferring three city-owned parcels located on Kirk and Young Streets and eleven city-owned parcels on High Street and MLK Avenue to PEDA. This movement of property comes as a result of an increase in flexibility and marketability the EDA can offer over the City of Princeton for these particular properties. The City of Princeton will continue to strategically move properties to the EDA as these transactions become necessary for development purposes.
